The Bombay High Court has summoned Nawazuddin Siddiqui to settle the conflict amicably as a result of his deteriorating relationship with his wife Aaliya Siddiqui aka Zainab, which has been making headlines. According to recent reports, the court has agreed to assist the divorcing couple in resolving their dispute because they are the parents of two small children, a 12-year-old daughter, and a 7-year-old boy.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui recently asked the division bench of Justices Revati Mohite Dere and Sharmila Deshmukh for assistance in locating his children, who are said to have traveled to India from Dubai with their mother Aaliya Siddiqui without Nawaz’s knowledge. Following his plea, the actor, his ex-wife, and their kids have now been called before the division bench for a hearing that has been scheduled for April 3, according to recent sources. In addition, the court allegedly said that it would like the divorcing couple to resolve the situation amicably for the sake of the security and welfare of their children.

Although Adnan Shaikh, the lawyer representing Nawaz, has acknowledged in reports that he has sent a letter containing consent terms to Aaliya Siddiqui and her legal team in accordance with the court’s orders, the lawyer has insisted that they have not received a response for the past six days, leading them to believe that Aaliya does not want the matter to be resolved. But, Aaliya aka Zainab’s lawyer Chaitanya Purankar allegedly stated that they would also prefer to resolve the situation quickly.

The case began when Aaliya Siddiqui claimed that Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his family had harassed and tortured her. Following the hearing on April 3 that will take place, more information about the case is anticipated to be made public.
