A lawyer who was pursuing a group of people who were suing Musk made the mistake of addressing Musk as “Mr. Tweet,” according to a Business Insider report. Musk referred to the error as an accurate depiction while the lawyer rejected it as a Freudian lapse. It’s no secret that Musk tweets about the most abrupt topics for the majority of his day. Before doing this, he was fairly active on Twitter; it wasn’t something he started doing after getting it. There is therefore no other way to describe him except Mr. Tweet.
Elon Musk is accused of breaking the law by some shareholders of Tesla, which he owns. They claim that he tweeted anything in 2018 that had an impact on the stock price of the business. He wrote specifically that he could take the business privately and had already secured funding for it at a specific share price. According to Elon Musk’s accusers, it was unlawful for the stock price to increase due to this tweet. Musk has to appear in court to defend himself against these charges. He claimed that he made the tweet in order to let shareholders know about his goals and strategy for the business.
